Show all the interaction of whatsapp and other messaging apps. Accordingly, update the last interaction. "AmoCRM" is a great example that you can look into.

Be able to leave voices notes for a user.

On iOS please add shortcuts or a haptic touch menu for the app icon. There are too many steps involved to take a quick note about someone. E.g. when I just learned something important about someone during a conversation, I want to get to the entry by just one tap.

The timeline on iOS shows the full content of each note, making it difficult to quickly glance through your notes from, say, the past few weeks. In contrast, the web app limits each note to a single line, allowing for an easier high-level view of recent notes. It would be helpful to have the ability to collapse each note into a single line on iOS, with the option to expand individual notes or all notes as needed.

When using HubSpot to create a follow up reminder, you can select a date AND time. It would be useful to be able to select the time to follow up. Ex, I want to follow up with contact A, B & C at 10:15am on Date X but I also want to follow-up with X & Y at 3:00pm. This helps create an order of priority as to who to contact and the time of day. Also to be able to re-arrange if within the same hour, based on priority.

I'd like to use Dex for all of my reminders instead of Google Calendar, but I have too many. It's overwhelming without the ability to group or color code them.

Align the web app's filter options on the timeline page with the mobile app.

Would be cool to have a general feed that shows ppl in your network; could later add updates based on fetched information. Sometimes i'm not sure what to do on the home page and want something to 'browse'

When editing contact's details on the DEX Android app, the Address and Location fields have these problems: 1) They are just plaintext fields 2) No validation UPON saving location input 3) No validated autocomplete dropdown WHILE inputting a location 4) Despite adding valid full addresses in either Address or Location fields, the maps feature still says there are 0 contacts having locations! The location/mapping feature was one of the main selling points for me to try DEX. We need these to be in working order on the Android app! The entire point (for me) of having a personal CRM is on-the-go convenience from my phone. The DEX desktop client should only have to be used sparingly -- not as primary use! Please fix ASAP. I'd like to be able to sort/add my contacts in groups, the same way as the keep in touch page.
