Show all the interaction of whatsapp and other messaging apps. Accordingly, update the last interaction. "AmoCRM" is a great example that you can look into.

This would be a game-changer. I used WhatsAppimessage, .whatsapp, signal, telegram, etc. - so many messaging apps (!) to contact people. It would be so powerful if there is a way to track that in Dex (like Dex automatically syncing email messages in history currently). Starting with iMessage and WhatsApp.
