I'm finding the phone number field to be very frustrating. I entered a Dubai number in the format +971 55 235 #### and it changed it to 55235####. This removes the Dubai international code and also removed the spacing. This feature should either a) leave my formatting as is, or b) allow us to enter a country code and then the number so at least that much is kept with proper formatting.

Create an onboarding video session for new users

I like to use the keyboard for navigating Dex but when adding a note type I expect to be able to press "t" and have it jump to text message, or "e" and have it jump to email. This would be similar to how in most US state dropdowns you can type the first letter of a state to have the selection jump to the first entry with that letter.
