Before I decided on Dex, i evaluated a competitive software - it had functionality to email selected sub-populations of your network with a customized message. Powerful. Hope Dex can build this too.

As I dig into Dex, I really enjoy this CRM. However, I've had to keep my folk account simply so that can email people at scale. Would love to shutdown that account but can't do so until this feature is added. Today, I am organizing in Dex and migrating to folk for actual work. Stop the madness!

I feel that this is a must have for any contact management system...the ability to not just store data on contacts but also provide the tools to interact with them easily and at scale. This should be a top design priority IMHO.
