Calendar integration works for Gmail account, but not my Hotmail account. Although I have the recommended tools installed (even purchased the app recommended). It still does not work.

How does this have 315 requests but remain under review? Either tell us you're going to make it or not - it's not a big ask.

Alex Farling: this is happening! Outlook has many edge cases (on premise / 365 / cloud) so it's not as simple as Google support unfortunately, we may release something that supports a subset first - expected release within 3 weeks.

I read through some of the comments and have two items to note:
- Not sure why Dex and Rolodex have different integration options. I went with Dex for business use because it has more integrations, like WhatsApp, which I use to keep in touch with clients.
- Agree with the comments about Outlook integration being needed for single/non-team users. Many small businesses are single owner-operators or don’t need their VA to use the CRM

Clearly a game changer. It seems this has been "Under Review" since 2020.

Cross-post from the CardDAV thread: https://caldavsynchronizer.org supports CardDAV sync with Outlook and works quite well.

Outlook Integration would be amazing and would simplify so much

This is the feature that would keep me using this platform. My entire calendar, emails is on outlook. Lot of manual work for me to add things here. Would save me multiple hours. Also the feature to connect multiple emails, would help me streamline contacts from all my businesses.

This is the #1 missing part of Dex from what I can tell, and it's painful that I can't work as well with Microsoft 365 as I could with Google Workspace.

Still would love an outlook connection for individual user. Would renew account immediately
