highlight the changes with a connection's title change
improve algorithms to only show changes that are relevant, for example by seeing if relevant words changed if the change was followed by activity in the feed, etc.

We now highlight changes across email, web, and mobile. I'm going to reduce the scope of this request for now to that, and mark this as completed.

currently more than 90% of title changes are noise, only an article / emojii / small change with no real value at all
either we manage to remove the noise, or at least highlight the change (not optimal, but at least I don't have to read everything to understand if the person really changed title)
