Improve Seach Dex (/) suggestions.

When typing the first name of a contact they often don't show up in the suggestions (so the thing that drops down without clicking 🔍Seach all for ...). But other contacts, that have similar but different names, do! That's weird.
Also, for a second or two, the suggestions keep bouncing around. It would be better if they kept their order in the suggestions list, as I keep clicking the wrong contacts, constantly.

This was one of my problems too. Often the person you are looking for is first on the list, but by the time you move the mouse to them to click they move down the list again or off the visible list and you end up in a different record.
