Please improve sync time with Google Contacts or give us the options to push a button and do manual sync. In addition, the syncing breaks down a lot when making changes

Happy to vote this up.
It would be even better if there would be an automatical sync after every edit to a contact. If something was edited in DEX - it would sync this change to Google contacts and vice versa.
It is important, that only the newest changes are synced or even change the data as, otherwise, you will have changes on two systems and you aren't sure which one is the most up-to-date one.
