I saw Kevin's post on Twitter about light and dark mode on the landing page. It would be amazing to have dark mode like that in the Apps and Dashboard.

The app is difficult to use for me without dark mode in iOS. For the monthly fee I would expect this feature would be prioritized. Last post I saw requesting this was from 2021. Please consider prioritizing it for an upcoming release cycle. Thank you.

As much as I love dark mode, I decided not to vote for this since there are a number of Chrome extensions that can do this and I'd rather the Dex team focus on features that make it more powerful :)

Todd Medema: I totally agree that if someone is just using it on a laptop there is extensions. However for people that are doing connecting with people where they don't have use of their laptop, they're using the phone app. There's been a number companies one was found by PhoneBuff who "found that dark mode on an iPhone XS Max used 5% to 30% less battery life than light mode" throughout the day not having dark mode I lose power and time when I have to charge my phone. I wonder how many people are using the phone app more than there laptop for the simple convenience of connecting with their cell phone from dex. Kevin Smith: What about users of the desktop app? I don't think the extension works there. Once one switches to dark mode, using apps that do not offer it is very hard on the eyes.

Todd Medema: Those extensions do a pretty bad job overall; they can't beat a designer making accurate choices for color and contrast.
