A contact's description field opens up a multi-line field that is defaults to two lines if empty/short, but stretches/opens to as many lines as needed t0 display all of it's content.

I recommend capping the height of the description field at 3-5 lines if possible (or the default of 2), requiring users to drag to expand or scroll down within the field if there is a long description.

This pushes the remaining contact info - which appears below the description - down the page so you need to scroll to access it.

The problem is especially pronounced in the sidebar version, where the description is repeated twice above the rest of the contact info, but when the description is long enough it also impacts usability of the wide "⤢Open" version.
