We're shooting to launch a basic version of this Zapier integration next month! We've been trying to consider the best way to create actions that don't result in duplicates.

Kevin Sun: You can't really do anything yet with the Beta that has launched. I'd love to be able to pull a contact and return a custom field. Pipedrive has a great interface for Zapier. I am beginning to build my CRM out around Zapier and may need to pivot to Pipedrive.

JT Marting: It's likely we won't be able to support every usecase on day one (as context: Pipedrive has ~1000 employees and we have 6!).  
We're building the first version of our Zapier integration to be useful for the usecases we've heard about. If first-class Zapier support with custom fields is a necessary requirement we may not be able to support that in our first pass.

Stuck on Office365 which seems to have no integrations with Dex so Zapier automation would make life a lot simpler

I just started paying for Dex assuming there is API functionality. Can you please give visibility into when you're planning to implement this? Without it, I don't think I'll want to pay

Any chance you can give us some vsibility over when this will be avaiaible. As of today i am leaving between my work CRM, my note taking app, Dex and a bunch of other systems that would need to integrate.

I tried Clay because they work with Zapier, albeit very limited. I thought Dex works better for my workflow so i switched back. Please integrate with Zapier.
