I think CJ made this after an email thread with me:

”One piece of feedback: when you export people from Dex, you get separate columns for First and Last, but when you import notes, Dex only looks and Full Name. This is a small thing, but kind of annoying because it would be easy to add Full Name to the export. (My use case is to add individual notes to a lot of people at the same time for a whole group—so I'm exporting the Dex group, adding the notes to the sheet, then importing again.”
