Sync one way is a real show stopper in daily productivity. Dex is for improve social contact, but how when the person is unknown in your mobiles contacts?

Kevin, how do you handle this? Adding contacts manually twice? Please enlight us here.

Chiming in here that this is P0 critical for me as well. Google Contacts are the source of truth for my contacts and updates there need to flow to Dex for enrichment and visa versa. This makes the ongoing service even more valuable and powerful.

This is very high priority to work long term. The more contacts I add via web, the more unknown texts and calls I receive. I need the info syncing with my iPhone.

As I mentioned earlier, I'm cancelling because of this (and iMessage/iOS phone) integration. I just started moving to Clay, which just introduced this feature (as well as those other 2).

Dex is useless if not the master source between phone, email, linkedin, etc. and in order to be so it needs to be synced to master contacts

This is a must have - Dex has to be master source of truth and that won't happen if it doesn't sync back to phone and email through something like google contacts

To be fair, without this I'm out of Dex

Imperative for such a software. Otherwise what's the point
