Date for "Meeting" seems to be off between iOS and Web

I entered a date like 2/12 in the iOS and then it appears on the web as 2/13. Why is there a discrepancy there? Which one is the true date? The iOS version or the Web?

I have noticed the same thing in the Birthday, reminders, etc fields. All dates seem off between App and Web.
E.g. for contact I entered their birthday (from the Android app) as March 7. Showed as March 6 when saved and was on the Web interface as March 5. Timezone for my account is "Australia/Sydney" if it makes a difference.
Almost seems like all times / dates are being recognised as UTC or US time from the app?
