Sync Outlook contacts with Dex

I see there is a request to sync contacts with Google Contacts. I request to add Microsoft Outlook, Android Contacts, and iOS Contacts to the list.
I also wish there would be an option to specify whether the sync would be 1-way or 2-way, where 1-way would keep Dex as ground truth and let sync destinations serve as an alias to access contact information stored on Dex using native features on Office suite, Android system, and iOS system.

+1, blocker for me to use this as an owner of a business that uses o365
100% for this one. For a great example of sync done well, look at Contacts+. I find Contacts+ (formerly FullContact) to be a leader in sync and deduplication, but it lacks the personal relationship management features of Dex.

I have the misfortune of my school forcing Outlook on us. I'm locked out of those contacts and emails b/c there is no Outlook integration in Dex.

Yes, would love to be able to sync with Microsoft outlook and MS 365 to auto log to timeline etc.
This would make the tool much more attractive to large organisations that use Outlook
